- RFQ template for quotes. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ F1U3S11207A003. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 336611 with a 1000 employees size standard. This RFQ contains 3 lines item. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 Honda Boat motor - 15hp, 4-stroke, 20" shaft, tiler handle, rope start; or equal Qty: 15 EACH. CLIN 0002 Honda Gearcase Assy, part# 06411-ZY3-616ZA; or equal Qty: 4 EACH. CLIN 0003 Honda Aluminum Propeller; or equal Qty: 2 EACH. FOB Destination. The required delivery is 45 days ADC.
