- This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supplies and services necessary to remove all feral ungulates from completed large scale fence units using approved methods at Pohakuloa Training Area and Keamuku Maneuver Area, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 12 September 2011. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 19 September 2011. Period of performance is 26 September 2011 - 25 September 2012 with 4 pre-priced 12-month option periods. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $4.0 million. NAICS 114210, Hunting and Trapping.
