Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a quarantined quantity of 5 each with an estimated annual demand of 22. This item is manufactured Thales Optics CAGE K6111, P/N 031517. Solicited is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Required delivery is 145 days ARO. It is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is Oct 21, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
