- The purpose of this modification is to extend the due date from Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 10:00am to Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 2:00pm and to post questions and anwers regarding this solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain the same. 1.An inquiry was made regarding any opportunites for providing the photographic content, script and text for the mobile app. Response: A solicitation for this type of work has already been posted and the bids have been received. They are in the evaluation stage. 2.What version of acrobat are you using? Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Professional? Response: Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.What specific iteration of acrobat are you using? Response: Adobe Acrobat Reader 10 4. Headers/Footers. Should we include page numbers/date etc.? Response: Page numbers will be helpful 5. What is the best way to embed the Quicktime videos? Response: We can use FTP sites and You Tube. 6.Are Canadian companies eligible to bid? Response: Yes 7.You state: "MABI will be the sole owner of the application, including its namesake, and code base." Does this preclude bidders from offering licensed products for this bid? Response: MABI is interested in being the sole owner of this application. 8.Would we have to develop for Blackberries?, Windows Mobile? Droid? Response The App is for the Apple Smart Phone only at this time. We are using this app and this particular phone as a test pilot program. Based on the response and outcome of this procurement and funding we do intend on branching out to create apps for other smartphone devices.
