- J&A The 902nd Contracting Squadron, Randolph AFB, TX intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a F-100F Super Sabre, TA-4 Skyhawk, F-4D Phantom II to Collings Foundation to Commemorative Air Force under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 1 October 2011 with a period of performance on 28-30 October 2011. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 713990. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
