Ft. (ABOA): 2,449 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,694 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Additional Requirements: • Office space must be located on the first floor. • Parking is to be adjacent to the office entrance with seven (7) reserved spaces for Government owned vehicles. • Sufficient parking for employees' vehicles, visitors and handicapped visitors. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
