Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. IDAHO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD W912J7-11-T-0094 Request For Quote for Hydraulic Testing Unit This request for quote (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333298 and the size standard is less than 500 employees, however this will be unrestricted due to the low expectancy to receive competitive quotes from small businesses. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, Effective 5 July 2011. Offerors quotes shall propose a firm fixed price for all parts/services listed below subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation. All quotes should be FOB destination to: USPFO Warehouse, 3489 W. Harvard Street Bldg 564, Boise, Id 83705-6512. Questions must be received NLT Monday, 12 September 2011. Synopsis: The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplies and items necessary to meet the below requirement: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Line Item 001, QTY = 1 Ea: Heavy Duty Hydraulic Test Unit (Ref. A&P Hydraulics Part Number 07-944-03), OR EQUAL Max GPM: 40 Max PSI: 5000 Fluid Type: Mil-H-83282 Electrical: 460 VAC 3 Ph Option: Safety Glass Doors Line Item 002, Qty= 1 EA: Shipping/Handling, NOT including on-site installation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Or Equal" explanation: The product numbers are given so as to provide a basis for a quote for similar, or like items as the ones listed above. If you are an authorized reseller for the products listed above, please feel free to quote on those items. However, if not quoting on these specific items, please be sure and include any technical or past performance information necessary to evaluate the products being offered.
