- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. IDAHO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD W912J7-11-T-0095 Request For Quote for Cargo Mate Trailer This request for quote (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 333924 and the size standard is less than 750 employees. This will be a 100% total small business set-aside. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, Effective 5 July 2011. Offerors quotes shall propose a firm fixed price for all parts/services listed below subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation. All quotes should be FOB destination to: USPFO Warehouse, 3489 W. Harvard Street Bldg 564, Boise, Id 83705-6512. Questions must be received NLT Monday, 12 September 2011. Synopsis: The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, supervision, supplies and items necessary to meet the below requirement: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Line Item 001, QTY = 1 Ea: Forest River Cargo Mate Trailer, model #EL8528TA5, with the following additional specifications, OR EQUAL: 20' AWNING GENERATOR AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH 110V TO 12V POWER CONVERTER ELECTRIC TONGUE JACK LED EXTERIOR LIGHTS RATHER THAN HALOGEN CARPETED CEILING REAR STABILIZER JACKS BELOW FLOOR SPARE TIRE WELL 7' INTERIOR HEIGHT INDIGO BLUE SCREWLESS.030 EXTERIOR V-NOSE. SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH A REAR WALL SEPERATING THE V-NOSE FROM THE TRAILER. INSIDE THE V-NOSE THE GENERATOR SHALL BE SET ON THE FLOOR IN A SOUND ATTENTUATED,METALLIC LINED, VENTED COMPARTMENT. BEHIND THE GENERATOR SHALL BE THE DEEP CYCLE BATTERY IN A VENTED BOX WITH ACCESS DOOR. ABOVE THE GENERATOR WILL BE A FULL WIDTH AND FULL LENGTH SHELF. ATOP THE SHELF ON OPPOSITE SIDE OF GENERATOR SHALL BE A VENTED LP TANK COMPARTMENT. BEHIND THE LP COMPARTMENT ABOVE THE GENERATOR SHALL BE NON DEDICATED STORAGE FOR RED BAGS, ETC ACCESSABLE BY A 4' X 4' SWING UP DOOR WITH GAS SHOCK PROPS GENERATOR SHALL BE A 7KW GAS ONAN GENERATOR WITH AN AUTOMATIC CHANGE OVER SWITCH FROM GENERATOR TO SHORELINE. GENERATOR SHALL BE FED BY A BELOW FRAME DOT APPROVED 18 GALLON FUEL CELL ON THE REAR SIDE OF THE V-NOSE DIVIDER WALL SHALL BE AN 8' BASE CABINET WITH A 4' ELECTRIC REFRIGERATOR ON ONE SIDE, A NON DEDICATED STORAGE AREA BEHIND DOORS AND A KNEE WELL WITH PENCIL DRAWER. THIS CABINET SHALL BE 3' TALL AND 2' DEEP WITH AN ALUMINUM COUNTER TOP.
