- NAVFAC is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide Swimming pool management services that shall include, but not limited to swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, facility operations including issuing of equipment, and opening and closing the pools as scheduled. These services will be performed at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA. The contract is expect to consist of a base and two option years. A site visit will be held on 16 June 2011 at 9:00am for Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA and 3:30pm for Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA. All attendees will meet at the pass offices of each base. To gain access to you will need to submit via email to kyle.beagle@navy.mil, at least one (1) business day prior to the site visit date, the following information for a temporary pass: company, name, place of birth, date of birth, SSN, Citizenship. All contractor personnel are hereby notified that in order to obtain a visitor ™s pass the person must possess positive identification. If you are the driver of the vehicle entering the base, car registration/rental car contract along with a driver ™s license is required
