- The purpose of this RFQ amendment is to provide a Government response to the following question that was asked in relation to this RFQ. CONTRACTOR QUESTION: The RFQ mentions the following requirement: Training Plan- The vendor awarded this contract will be required to present (3) training sessions to members of TSD in Washington DC with times, dates, and locations to be coordinated by CBCM and the vendor to ensure all personnel are properly trained on the use of the selected PRD. This training will include the use of radiological check sources to demonstrate the PRDs ability to detect both high and low level energy sources. Is this going to be one trip, 3 consecutive training sessions or spread out over multiple travel trips? This affects how we are going to quote it based on travel costs. GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: Please quote separately priced training alternatives for: (1) Delivery of three consecutive training courses during one day; and (2) Delivery of three training courses during separate days (multiple travel trips - TBD).
