- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division intends to acquire various Repair Parts for Large Area Maintenance Shelters manufactured by Creative Tent of Weed, CA. Creative Tent is the only company that can provide the replacement parts and own the rights to these items. No known additional distributors exist. A solicitation or Request for Quote will not be issued. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of fulfilling this requirement may submit a response before the closing date of this announcement and it will be considered. Responses to this posting must be made in writing by 19 Sep 2011. A determination not to compete this acquisition based upon responses received to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This sole source acquisition will result in a GSA Delivery Order to Creative Tent. The North American Industry Classification System, NAICS is 314912.
