- The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for one 1/G drawing item. This signifies that the Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This AMSC code implies that parts procured under this NSN are candidates for full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The drawings for this NSN on this solicitation may be subject to export-control regulations and distribution will only be given to those contractors qualified to received restricted drawings as listed in the Joint Certification Program. If a contractor is not on this list, they may apply by filling out a DD Form 2345 entitled "Military Critical Technical Data Agreement", located at Http://WWW.DLIS.DLA.MIL/JCP, or by writing to: United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, Defense Logistics Information Service, Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue, North Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. Award is also contingent upon meeting the CCAL requirements. To apply for a certification, complete DD Form 2345. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12. A copy of this written solicitation will be posted on the website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfq.
