- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks Expressions of Interest regarding the following requirement City, State: Woodlawn, Maryland Delineated Area: I-70 and Security Blvd to Dogwood Rd. Dogwood Rd to WindsorMill Rd. Windsor Mill Rd to I-695. I-695 to Liberty Rd. Liberty Rd. to North Rolling Rd. North Rolling Rd to Dogwood Rd. Dogwood Rd to Rolling Run Drive. Rolling Run Drive to CMS perimeter road. CMS perimeter road to Security Blvd. Security Blvd to North Rolling Rd. North Rolling Rd to I-70. I-70 to Security Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 130,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 136,500 Space Type: Warehouse and Office Parking Spaces (Total): 140 Parking Spaces (Surface): 140 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The Government currently occupies a combination of warehouse and office type space under lease in Woodlawn, MD that will be expiring. The Government requires warehouse type space yielding a minimum of 108,210 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet and office type space yielding a minimum of 21,790 ABOA square feet. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this posting.
