- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government desires to lease approximately 6,000 rentable square feet, which shall yield a minimum of 4,794 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet to a maximum of 5,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. The offered space must be in one contiguous block. The site must be located in Syracuse, NY and be within the boundaries below and as shown on the map. North: I-81 East: I-81 South: East Adams, West Adams and Seymour Sts West: South West and North West Sts LEASE TERM: The term is for fifteen (15) years cancelable after the tenth (10) year. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST should be submitted to the following person and address in writing or via e-mail and should provide all of the following information: 1. Building name and physical address. 2. Rentable and ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet offered. 3. Pictures of building, common areas, parking and surrounding space offered. 4. Must provide as-built and shell AutoCAD drawings in.dwq format via e-mail or on a CD of the offered floor. 5. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage. 6. Common Area Factor (load factor) for available space. 6. Preliminary evidence of ownership/control of site, or applicable explanation.
