- Description
- This is a firm-fixed price performance-based Global Support Strategy for Visa Services Task Order against an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (SAQMMA10D0017). The following objectives/activities apply to this task order: Primary Objective 1: Launch a regional GSS program for Tel Aviv and Jerusalem within ninety (90) calendar days of award. Primary Objective 2: Provide service package two, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services, document delivery services, and greeter services for Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The following optional objective was included in the award: As part of document delivery services, if not already incorporated into the contractor's solution, the contractor shall offer delivery to a location of the customer's choice. All Global Support Strategy for Visa Service task orders are competed amongst the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract holders: CSC and Stanley Associates a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGI Federal.
