Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command (ACC) National Capital Region (NCR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to procure one-year maintenance for Interceptor (brand name) Optical Network Security System in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 7 September 2011, entitled "Interceptor Maintenance". Responses to this RFQ must be signed, dated, and received via electronic mail to the ACC-NCRCC Contract Specialist, Carmel Costa at carmel.m.costa.civ@mail.mil. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on 16 September 2011.
