- RFI Sources Sought details The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) is soliciting responses through this Request for Information (RFI) for work on a planned competitive acquisition entitled Test Mission Advisory Services (TMAS), a follow-on to the Aerospace Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Advisory and Assistance Services (ARDTEAS) contract primarily performed at the Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA. The AFFTC solicits responses from interested parties in regard to vendor capability and interest. The AFFTC is seeking capability statements from small businesses to aid in the acquisition planning for this requirement. Small Businesses interested in this opportunity may decide to partner with other businesses in order to meet the requirements in the future acquisition. While a final decision has not been determined, the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is preliminarily set as 541712 with a size standard of 1500 employees.
