- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A11PS01604 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53.This acquisition is set aside for other than Small Business. Destination, to Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Navajo Agency, Wingate High School, Post Office Box 2, New Mexico Road 400, Fort Wingate, NM, 87316-0002.The equipment shall be delivered within 45 days upon notification of the award to the designated point of delivery. The Government will conduct an inspection of the equipment upon delivery and acceptance. Offerors shall include the delivery charges and including all applicable taxes. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantages to the Government, and is fair and reasonable.CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR Clause 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52-212-4 - Contract Term and Conditions Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.212-5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Item following are incorporated references: FAR 52.225-1- Buy American Act-Supplies, FAR 52.232-33 - Payment for Electric Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration, FAR 52.232-36-Payment by Third Party; FAR 211-06 Brand Name or Equal; DIAR 1452.204-70 Release of Claims; DIAR 1452.210-70 Brand Name or Equal; 1542.226-70 Indian Preference.The Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and provisions are available in the internet at: http://www.acqusition.gov or may be requested from the Contracting Officer.
