- SOW/RFP SAQMMA11R0387 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Teleconferencing Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SAQMMA11R0387 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The Department of State's Bureau of International Information Programs is soliciting proposals for the Teleconferencing Support Services in accordance with the attached statement of work and RFP. We anticipate awarding one contract. We will establish a one year contract with the option to extend one for four option periods. See the attached solicitation document and attached statement of work/RFP for specific information, and how to respond.
