- 1. The Due date for proposals has been extended until Tuesday, 13 September 2011 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. 2. The reason the due date was extended was to give prospective contractors the opportunity to go over the questions and answers posted. 3. Any question and answer posted supersedes the original RFQ. 4. No more questions will be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached RFQ for the entire Synopsis/Solicitation.
