- Surveillance System Upgrade-Approved Sole Source Justification NOTICE OF INTENT The AFNWC/PKOA, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to Access Technologies, Inc., 1301 Cuesta Arriba Ct NE Ste B, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113. The objective of this contract is to provide the Maxwell Child Development Center with a Surveillance System Upgrade to its current system. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is on or about 19 September 2011. The NAICS Code is 334310 and the Size Standard is 750 employees. Estimate period of performance is October 2011.
