Please return completed worksheet to Monika Masei, monika.masei@edwards.af.mil or Debbie Spangler, debbie.spangler@edwards.af.mil TEST PARACHUTE DROP ZONE REQUIREMENT SOURCES SOUGHT EDWARDS AFB, CA DESC: This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement for market research only. There is no solicitation available at this time. The purpose of this request is to identify interest and assist the government in defining the requirement. The NAICS is 481211 with a Small Business Administration size standard of 1,500 employees. The 418 FLTS is seeking sources for an anticipated Firm-Fixed Price contract for their Test Parachuting Program. The 418 FLTS is seeking a qualified skydive location with aircraft support. Service needs are as follows: a dedicated aircraft, schedule flexibility allowing execution with 12 hour notification, multiple static line hook-up points, and large jump doors for safe exits. The Government will consider all responses in defining the requirement. The work consists of providing all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to perform the Edwards AFB, 418th FLTS Test Parachuting Program. These services shall primarily be performed within a 400-mile radius of EAFB. Services shall include: Please see the attached spreadsheet for the detailed requirement. Note: The purpose of this Sources Sought is to help define the government's requirement, if you cannot meet the specific requirement, please state the capabilities that you can meet. Interested parties need to identify if they fall into one of the Small Business categories: small business; HUB Zone small business; veteran-owned small business; service-disabled veteran-owned small business; woman-owned small business; or small disadvantaged business. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bid or proposal. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. All respondents are reminded of the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) requirement to be considered eligible for any potential Department of Defense (DoD) contract.
