- The AFNWC/PKOA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, intends to award a sole source contract to Applied Research Associates. The objective of this effort is contract Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center service for Air Force Nuclear Enterprise Course Sustainment/Development for Nuclear Certified Equipment Users Course and Nuclear Weapon Environments and Effects Survivability Training at Kirtland Air Force, Base New Mexico. THIS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated Award date is on or about 17 September 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within three (3) days of this announcement. Responses due No Later Than 10 September 2011, 5:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. The NAICS Code is 541330, and the Size Standard is $4.5 million.
