- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procuring contracting office is the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) MICC - WSMR, 143 Crozier Street, White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002-5201. The solicitation number for this requirement is W9124Q-11-Q-CCE1 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Award shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotation meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. The applicable NAICS code is 334210 with at size standard of 1000 employees. Payment will be made by the Defense Financial and Accounting System (DFAS); therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/). Delivery should be Free on Board (F.O.B.) destination. Acceptance shall be made by the Government at the specified delivery destination. The delivery schedule should be as follows: 30 days after date of contract (ADC).
