- Request for Quotation Procurement of portable, ASV closed loop ventilators capable of end-tidal CO2 measurement in the neonatal population with the capability of accurate volume ventilation settings, with heater/humidifier unit. The requirement is being solicited simultaneously under GSA eBuy RFQ617333. Vendors interested in submitting a quote must indicate whether the items are coverd under a GSA/VA FSS contract or Open Market.
