- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to clean and disinfect mold/mold spores/mildew/dust from all interior surfaces; in various rooms (approximately 2,657 sq. ft) located in a single building at Fort Shafter, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This RFQ will result in a one-time, firm fixed price contract for the services specified. The anticipated Period of Performance is 26 September 2011 through 28 October 2011 This solicitation will be issued as a Small Business set-aside. Issued solicitation packages will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi). After the initial ASFI page loads, go to "Contracting Opportunities Search", Select Contract Office: "RCO Hawaii (PARC Pacific, 413th CSB)", then "Continue" button. Once the solicitation is posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. Offerors must have and maintain an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website to be eligible for a Government contract award.
