- Description
- Under this solicitation number, the Army Contracting Command (ACC) / Aviation Applied Technology Directorate has awarded one firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase of fifty-six (56) ship sets of Bullhorn Fairings, which will consist of left and right components. The Contractor shall be responsible for acquiring the necessary raw materials; designing, procuring, and assembling the requisite tooling; and labor associated with fabrication. The ship sets shall be unpainted, without hardware or fasteners and without gasket seals, and with parts bagged and tagged with part numbers. Shipping charges are included in the contract. All items shall be packaged to ensure safe delivery to destination point. Delivery is expected to be 6 months After Receipt of Order. Delivery, Inspection, Acceptance, and F.O.B. Point shall be at Destination. Destination is the Aviation Applied Technology Directorate, Building 401, Attn: Steve Paris, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5577. The successful offeror shall submit their invoices through the Wide Area WorkFlow Web site http://wawf.eb.mil and is in good standing with the government according to the Excluded Parties List System https://www.epls.gov. The evaluation factors were (1) technically acceptable, (2) low price, and (3) delivery. Technical acceptance provides for adherence to the requirement as identified above.
