- ALLIGATOR ENGINEERING KDUCK OR EQUAL TO FIT ZODIAC F470 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation number is H92240-11-T-0113; a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for inflatable boat suspension systems compatible with the Zodiac F470. Requirement is brand name or equal item to KDUCK FMP Mod 1 Complete System Part Number P471 or equal. Equal item must be approved for Navy use (ANU). The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-50 effective 15 April 2011. The associated NAICS is 332999 with a Standard Business Size of 500 employees. SECTION B: Schedules of Supplies and Services - See attached SF-1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items #H92240-11-T-0113 dated 01 September 2011. Offerors must scrutinize this solicitation and ensure their quote and submissions comply with all requirements. It is not sufficient to merely state your quote complies with the solicitation requirements. You must clearly identify how your quote meets all of the solicitation requirements. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 45 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. Quotes shall be emailed to kristen.smith@navsoc.socom.mil in Microsoft Word Document. Quotes must be received in Microsoft Word Document, no later than 8:00 AM 15 September 2011. Quotes received after this time frame shall not be considered for award. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government based on lowest price technically acceptable.
