- The work for this project includes but is not limited to the following major items: Abandon in place the existing septic tank and drain field system for the Engine Bay Warehouse by pumping, puncturing for drainage, backfilling the septic tank, and patch pave concrete. B. Replace the sewage disposal system for the Engine Bay Warehouse by one of the two alternative methods listed below, as selected and awarded by the Government.  Alternative 1 - Install a new 4" diameter gravity sewer line from the existing warehouse building service connection to an existing sewer main at the lower end of the compound, including patch pave of trenching through asphalt and concrete surfaces.  Alternative 2 - Install a sewage lift station and 2" diameter pressure sewer line from the existing warehouse building service connection to an existing sewer line outside building 1001, including patch pave of trenching through asphalt and concrete surfaces.
