Please see the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. This document also includes the Statement of Work and Davis Bacon Wage Determination. SITE VISIT: 9/2/11 10:00 am. Send email to barbara.b.wilson@dhs.gov and hiram.johnson@dhs.gov if you plan to attend. Submit technical and price quotation VIA EMAIL to barbara.b.wilson@dhs.gov. Submit any questions to barbara.b.wilson@dhs.gov on or before COB 9/6/11. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor IAW the instructions in the combined synopsis/solicitation.
