- Amendment 0002 extends the quote response deadline to 7 September 2011 at 2:00 PM EST. Effective 30 August 2011 this solicitation has been amended to extend the response date to 7 September 2011 at 2:00 pm EST. Questions regarding this solicitation are no longer being accepted. Questions and responses to questions will be listed in a forthcoming amendment. Effective 16 August 2011 this solicitation has been amended to extend the response date to 30 August 2011 at 2:00 pm EST. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by no later than 18 August 2011 at 2:00 pm EST. Questions and responses to questions will be listed in a forthcoming amendment. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) as a total small business set aside for the purchase of 40 Xerox ColorQube 8870DN printers and 3 years of maintenance support. The purchase of the Xerox ColorQube 8870DN printers will allow DSCA to replace existing Xerox laser printers. Only small businesses that are authorized Xerox resellers will be considered for award of this order. The item description for the Xerox ColorQube 8870DN printers and maintenance support is outlined in the attached RFQ and a Brand Name J&A is attached.
