- QUESTION 1: What is the current ground condition? ANSWER 1: The Government will level the ground where it is to be place (ground condition is pressed crush and run gravel mix). QUESTION 2: Do we set up on block piers, with or without in ground concrete footers? ANSWER 2: The Contractor will need to set it level with blocking. The Government will secure with ground strap tie downs. QUESTION 3: Do you need steps and ramps? ANSWER 3: The Government will provide steps to the trailer. QUESTION 4: Do we include electrical hook ups? ANSWER 4: The Government will hook up all power to trailer. QUESTION 5: Does the trailer require electrical outlets? ANSWER 5: Yes, the trailer requires standard interior outlets and external main power intake. QUESTION 6: Do we include plumbing hook ups? ANSWER 6: There is no plumbing and no bathroom needed as not requested in order.
