- 12-T-0001 Solicitation The Air National Guard requires catered meals for Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends to include food, labor, and preparation. The location is the 103rd Air Control Squadron, 206 Boston Post Road, Orange, Connecticut. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-12-T-0001, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 722320; size standard is $7M. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. Offers shall be received no later than 12:00PM EST, 14 September 2011, to the Connecticut Air National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, ATTN: Piper Masse, 100 Nicholson Rd, East Granby CT, 06026 or by E-mail Piper.Masse@ang.af.mil.
