- Proposed SOW THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)//No proposals should be provided at this time The US Department of Defense is interested in potentially contracting for a nation-wide de-worming effort in Tajikistan. As a part of the process, we are seeking comments on the proposed statement of work (SOW) and also soliciting interest in the project. Because of the nearness to the end of the fiscal year, we are requesting responses no later than 1600 EST on Wednesday, 31 Aug 11. Your feedback will be instrumental in ensuring that a highly effective operation is potentially conducted. Please feel free to respond back to the email provided with (1) SOW Feedback (2) interest in the potential project. Thanks! Again, this RFI does not obligate the US Government in any way.
