- SUPPLY CLAUSES SOLE SOURCE THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR SUPPLIES PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS JM690. THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS CONSTITUTES A SOLICITATION AND INCORPORATES PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CIRCULAR 2007. THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR A SMALL BUSINESS. THE NAICS IS 333415. THE CONTRACT TYPE WILL BE A FIRM FIXED PRICE PURCHASE ORDER. THE GOVERNMENT PROPOSES TO SOLICIT FROM THE FOLLOWING ITEMS PROVIDED BELOW. McQuay International to provide the following: Two (2) McQuay Condensing Units Model # RCS07F090C, 7.5 ton, single circuit R410A refrigerant w/scroll compressor, 208-230 volt/3 phase/ 60 cycle. One (1) McQuay CAH010 matching air handler unit with interlaced DX coil, stainless steel coil casing and drain pan, internally spring isolated fan assembly, painted outer casing, hinged access doors and unit mounted variable frequency drive. Two(2) Matching Liquid line solenoid valves. Two (2) Matching expansion valves. Two(2) Matching liquid line sight glasses. Two (2) Matching filter driers. Units will have a full refrigrant charge. Vendor will supply Original Equipment Manfacturer (OEM) start-up of equipment. Installation will be made by Coast Guard Personnel. All equipment is FOB Belle Chasse, LA USCG Communications Station.
