- Draft list of SCA Wage Determinations covering all sites for any non-union workers. Note that the Mt. Home Ranges and RIIS are currently not unionized. Draft list of CBA Wage Determiniations - NOTE: Still showing a separate WD for both Poinsett Range and Bulldog MOA, current plan is to use only one WD for the single CBA covering both sites. Current Grand Bay CBA, due to expire prior to contract start - will be updated when we obtain a copy of the new CBA. Current Snyder CBA, will be in effect at Contract Award. Current Dare County CBA, will be in effect at Contract Award. Change Page in Holloman CBA, correcting the Computer Operator IV rates shown in the signed document. Current Holloman CBA, due to expire prior to contract start - will be updated when we receive the new CBA. Current Avon Park CBA, will be in effect at Contract Award. Current CBA that will be in effect at Contract Award, covers the workforces at the Poinsett Ranges and the Bulldog MOA. Current contract has two Wage Determinations (WDs) referencing this CBA, current planning is to use one WD to reference the one CBA. Current Belle Fourche (Colony, WY Range) CBA, will be in effect at Contract Award.
