- •1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Document Change Notice (DCN) current to 20110725. This acquisition has been set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with an associated small business size standard of $25 million dollars. New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured products, and no "grey market". Offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Only qualified offerors may submit quotes. This acquisition is firm-fixed-price and solicited on a Brand Name basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Configuration and compatibility issues justify the use of brand names. Quotes must address whether each contract line item number (CLIN) price proposed by the offeror is based upon open market pricing, or use of an existing vehicle such as GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) pricing, NASA SEWP pricing, etc. If individual CLIN pricing is not on an open market basis, offerors should also include the contract number on which pricing is based as part of their quote for each CLIN. This is an all-or-none requirement. All applicable items must comply with Section 508 per FAR 39.2 acquisitions of Electronic and IT with the applicable accessibility standards (36 CFR part 1194.) Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this synopsis and is most advantageous to the Government based on the lowest price. •2. RFQ DUE DATE/TIME: A quote is due no later than 12:00 AM EST, September 7, 2011 to Ms. Nichole C. Cabral, Contract Specialist, Defense Information Systems Agency/PL62. You may submit your quote via email to Nichole.Cabral@disa.mil. •3. QUOTE: PRICE. A fixed price purchase order will be issued for this effort. Please, provide a complete quote including: CAGE code, DUNS number, and tax identification number, Offeror's Business Size, Federal Discount (%), Description of any scheduled related fees (%), Terms and Agreement •4. BASIS OF AWARD : The Government will award to the business with the lowest price, technically acceptable quote based on specification provided and that can meet the delivery schedule. •5. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: All deliverables will be provided by the contractor within 30 days of date of contract award. Maintenance will be provided for 365 days from date of contract award.
