- Questions & Answers through 30 August 2011 (1030AM) for Solicitation VA-261-11-RP-1056 Inspection of Storm Drains-VAPAHCS, California Question #1: Please clarify section 2.2 of the Statement of Work. Are there repairs? Answer #1: The only authorized repairs are those "necessary" to complete the video survey. Contractor will coordinate with the COTR. Question #2: Please clarify the line footage totals? Answer #2: There are 150 storm drains approximately 100 feet in length, of those the government projects 30 exceeding 100 feet in length. Question #3: Is hydro-jetting of all drains required? Answer #3: No, only if the line is obstructed. Question #4: Which storm drains are being video-taped? Answer #4: All storm drains are being video-taped.. //End of Questions//
