- North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office (NARCO) intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with Empower Interactive Inc. for 10,000 ea Good Days Ahead Program Software, located at KACC FT. Meade, Department of Tele-Health, FT. Meade, MD., on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), Far 6.302-1 only one responsible source of supply to provide 10,000 ea Good Days Ahead Program Software. Final delivery is 6 months from date of award. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 511210, size standard of $25.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement they can provide 10,000 ea Good Days Ahead Program Software within delivery period. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than 06 September 2011.
