- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation number is W81K00-11-T-M780 and a firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The procurement is a 100% total smalll business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 339920 with a size standard of 500 employees. The DPAS rating is DO-C9. This procurement is a brand name (AlterG) or equal. If quoting equal please submit specifications with your quote. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by Southern Regional Contracting Office - West. The requirement follows: CLIN 0001 Anti-Gravity Treadmill (if AlterG M320-USA), one each, including one large shorts, shipping and installation.
