- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-11-T-0043 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237130 sizes standard is 33.5 Million average annual receipts. Camp Shelby, Mississippi has a requirement to Install, Terminate and Test a 200 pair copper cable from pedestal on Andrews Road to Pedestal at Bldg 3570 at Camp Shelby. Approximate cable distance is 1800 feet. Install one 4" conduit with three orange 1.25 inch innerduct approximately 600 feet, per attached statement of work. Award can only be made to those offerors that are registered through the Central Contractor Registration System. For those that are not registered, you may log onto the Internet at www.ccr.gov. All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212.-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, Fed Tax ID#, and DUNS Number. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 a.m. CST, 08 Sept 2011.
