- Sample Materials List Vendor information sheet Request for Quote document Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking discounted pricing to provide an upgrade to the integrated access control system (ACS), intrusion detection system (IDS). The existing security control systems at Ogden are outdated and unable to meet current and future monitoring & management requirements. This project will provide the framework that will allow integration and future-proofing of the security system components to meet current and future security standards and directives.. Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, automation, hardware, software, materials, management services, and other items and services necessary to perform the requirements set forth in the performance work Statement (PWS). The intended award will be for Fixed Firm Price (FFP) and method of payment is by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Award will be made to the offeror who presents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. The agency intends to award a firm-fixed price order/contract using the Lowest Price Technically acceptable methodology. The Quotes must represent best value from selection of the technically acceptable quote in accordance with the stated requirements and delivery, with lowest evaluated price. Only the lowest price quote will be sent for technical acceptance, and if accepted, no further technical review will be required. If not accepted, the next lowest quote will be sent forward. The proposal must comply in all material respects with the requirements of the law, regulation and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The proposal must meet all mandatory solicitation requirements. The offeror must be determined responsible according to the standards of FAR Part 9, Subpart 1. The vendor must submit both a detailed cost proposal, as well as a detailed technical proposal. A detailed cost proposal can be submitted as either an excel spreedsheet or other manner, as long as all costs are addressed (see attached template). Period of Performance is one calendar The Government will entertain questions on this procurement via email until noon, Friday, September 9, 2011. No late questions will be accepted. No questions will be accepted via phone calls. Responses to all questions posed will be provided to all interested parties. Proposals are due by COB, Friday, September 30, 2011. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
