- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No. Q1580110321Amendment 0001August 30, 2011 Project Title: Design and Engineering of Four (4) Fish Barriers in Yellowstone National Park Description of Changes: This amendment serves to change the following: Section I: Changes the NAICS Code in Solicitation Q1580110321. The NAICS Code for this solicitation was posted incorrectly. The NAICS Code for this solicitation should be 541330. Section II: Changes the date of the site visit. The site visit shall be changed from Friday, September 2, 2011, to Wednesday, September 14, 2011, at 7:00 a.m. Interested vendors shall meet in front of the Mammoth Post Office in Mammoth Hot Springs, promptly at 7:00 a.m. so there is ample time to visit all four (4) sites Vendors shall provide their own transportation. Section III: Changes the closing date for quotes. Due to the change in the date of the site visit, quotes are now due no later than Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time. All other terms remain in full force and effect. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods: a) By signing and dating this amendment and returning with offer;b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; orc) By a separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. If by virtue of the amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by telegram or letter, provided each telegram or letter makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified.
