- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources that can provide Technical Support/Hardware Maintenance on ***ALL*** of the equipment listed on the attached spreadsheet (note: spreadsheet contains 10 tabs representing 10 different manufacturers). Applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 541519. This sources sought synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Sources shall include in their information, a brief capabilities statement stating their experience and past performance in providing the same or similar items described in this notice, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, business status (Socio-Economic Factors: 8(a), HUB Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business), business size based on NAICS 541519 and a positive statement of interest to submit an offer. If the Offeror believes that another NAICS code will be better suited for this acquisition, the Offeror may provide a suggested NAICS code and include rationalization on why that NAICS code will be more suitable. Any submissions of suggested NAICS codes will be treated as a suggestion only which may or may not be used and does not bind the Government to use the provided NAICS code. Please note that fbo.gov will be the primary source of information for this acquisition. Interested parties should check www.FBO.gov for updates frequently.
