- Sole Source Justification The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), National Agricultural Library (NAL) intends to award a sole source, fixed price contract with four (4) consecutive option years to CAB International located at 875 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139. This proposed award is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. (See Attached)
