- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is W912NR-11-Q-0028. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, DFARS Change Notice 20090115. The Louisiana Army National Guard is seeking a vendor to do trailer modifications on an 8.5' x 18'9" Box Cargo Trailer. Vendor must pick up trailer from the Gillis W. Long Center, Carville, LA and return the finished product to the same location. Vendor must be able to respond within 6 hours of notification for emergency repairs. Schedule of supply/services (CLINs) are described in specifications attachment: This solicitation is 100 % set aside for Total Small Business. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 336212 and small business size standard is 500 people. Award will be made as a firm fixed price contract. Please quote on specifications and trailer configurations attached. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
