This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity is currently seeking firms all businesses; Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, 8(A), Women Owned, Small Business or Large Business's for the procurement "Same or Similar" OGM-500 Oxygen Generating System" along with items listed below for the Northport VA Medical Center at 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. 1.Oxygen Generating System, Qty: 1 2.Touch Screen Controls and Remote, Qty: 1 3.One Year Recommended Parts and Consumables Package, Qty: 1 4.Dual Fill Containment System, Qty: 1 5.93% Oxygen Cylinder label, Qty: 100 The firm will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective delivery and installation of these products.
