- This Synopsis was prepared by the U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Office of Contracts intends to do a Sole Source procurement Firm-Fixed Price to Thomson Broadcast AG, Spinnereistrasse 5, Turgi 5300 CHE, Switzerland. The procurement will be for 2 each Circuit Card, Encoder Card Part Number 4683633A. These encoder board are required for the Djibouti PK-12 Thales S7HP Transmitter.
