- Brand Name Justification Letter Parts List The Western Area Power Administration (Western) has a requirement for hardware for Lenel Control System and hardware for security camera project. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote, number DE-RQ65-11WJ94335. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53, effective 4 August 2011. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 334290 with an applicable size standard of 750 employees.
