- US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Arizona Department of Public Safety of Phoenix, Arizona for three (3) individual 56K dedicated data lines for Tucson Sector Headquarters, Tucson circuit number AREC 834483, located at 2430 S Swan Road, Tucson, Arizona 85711, Douglas Border Patrol Station 1608 S Kings Hwy, Douglas, Arizona circuit number 726524, third location Nogales Station, 1500 W. La Quinta, Nogales, Arizona circuit number 723272. ***The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 922190, small business size standard are not established for this sector. **The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Arizona Department of Public Safety. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, if any interested party believes it can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email. No faxed documents will be accepted. Verifications of receipt of responses are the sole responsibility of the contractor.
